- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
- Customized or clearance items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Our support team will review the request and confirm eligibility.
- If approved, our logistics team will arrange pickup or guide you on the return process.
4. Refund Policy
- Since we only accept Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued as follows:
- If payment was made at delivery, the refund will be processed as cash refund at pickup or as store credit, depending on the situation.
- If the order was canceled before delivery, no charges apply.
- Refunds may take 5–7 business days to process after the returned item is received and inspected.
